About SmartLandlord Germany

SmartLandlord is an independent PropTech platform for the intelligent management, analysis and valuation of property. Our aim is to bring transparency, efficiency and fairness to a market that is often marked by a lack of transparency and complicated systems.

With state-of-the-art AI technology, clear product logic and an uncompromisingly open philosophy, we offer a platform that takes real work off your hands – rather than fulfilling marketing promises. Our system is aimed both at beginners with a single property and at experienced investors with larger portfolios.

SmartLandlord is operated by Valtura Advisory OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia, and is aimed primarily at the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Valtura Advisory OÜ is responsible for the operation, further development and customer support of the platform. The SmartLandlord brand is used under a licensing model.

At SmartLandlord, three core values take centre stage:

• Fairness

Every user receives the full range of features. Differences between the plans arise solely from usage limits such as token volume, the number of stored properties or report capacity. Nobody pays for features they do not need.

• Transparency

We rely on transparency in prices, data use, technical foundations and storage methods. You can see how the system works, which data is processed and how core application data is stored.

• Substance instead of hype

SmartLandlord was built out of a real need. The focus is on technical quality, long-term stability and honest communication – no artificial growth, no empty promises.

The platform was developed entirely in Python and Django and uses a scalable cloud architecture. Our hosting servers are operated by STRATO in Germany, while the database is run in the Microsoft Azure region Germany West Central (Frankfurt, Germany).

SmartLandlord works closely at the interface of artificial intelligence and the property sector: AI models carry out analyses, assess locations, calculate yields, generate market forecasts and automatically create PDF reports. This drastically reduces the manual effort, while the informative value of the results increases.

SmartLandlord stands for a single feature model with flexible use. All users receive the same platform – without restrictions or hidden features. Billing is based only on actual need: number of properties, token consumption and reports generated.

Data protection is an integral part of SmartLandlord. Our core application data and documents are stored in the Microsoft Azure region Germany West Central (Frankfurt, Germany). In doing so, we rely on modern technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.

SmartLandlord processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; DSGVO). At any time, you can:

• Request information about the data stored
• Export your data
• Request complete deletion

The platform works with a clearly documented security concept, regular backups and controlled access. All personal information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored securely.

SmartLandlord is in a phase of continuous further development with a focus on stability, user feedback and sustainable growth. In parallel with the German platform, structures for Austria (.at) and Switzerland (.ch) are currently being set up in order to ensure a consistent user experience throughout the DACH region.
